Let Us PRAY for Israel

Oh, dear Lord, we have come together to pray fervently for Israel's peace and salvation. As believers, we will not give lip service anymore. Forgive us, for not constantly obeying your command to pray. We ask for your mighty, sovereign hand to bring peace and comfort to the people of Israel. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We stand together in prayer, seeking your guidance and blessing for Israel during this time.

Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure.

Genesis 12:1-3 The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. 2 “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.

Thank you for your guidance, from the moment of your covenant with Abraham when you pledged to bless those who bless his descendants. We seek to be aligned with you and your providence in this world, and with the nation formed through your covenant with Abraham. Standing here in prayer, our hearts are open to being a source of blessing for Israel.

1 Peter 5:8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

Ephesians 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

We know this is a spiritual battle breaking out in the earthly realm. We recognize that our battle in prayer is against the evil forces (Eph. 6:12). We declare that we are alert and sober minded, praying in the spirit with all kinds of prayers and requests, always praying for all the Lord’s people.

And all the Lord's people said, Amen!
